How long will shipping be?

Your products will ship within 1 to 5 days of your order, and then take 10 to 20 days to reach your doorstep. If you have ordered several items, they will arrive separately because they come from different suppliers. Each product has further shipping information in the description. 

We use multiple suppliers to make sure you are receiving the best product for your money. Bear with us, we'll have you kitted out in the fastest time possible. 

Whats our returns policy?

Instead of returning a product, contact us for a full refund. Why? Because we are aiming to have the lowest carbon footprint possible. So tell us what went wrong, send us a picture, and we'll give you a full refund. Then If possible you can donate the equipment.     

Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your items within the timeframe specified for each product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel but still receive the package then please shoot us a message to figure it out. 

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If your gear is the wrong size, colour, or defective then just notify us and we'll issue a refund. We won't ask you to ship the product back to us.   

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges because of the shipping time and carbon footprint involved. 

Do I need to learn techniques from CrossFit or Calisthenics classes before buying?

Not at all, you can learn everything from youtube channels. Having said that, a personal coach will allow you to make fast progress as having someone to analyse your form and helping to push you hard is always the most effective approach. 

We are launching a support service soon that will hook you up to an online mentor that will give you consistent support on your journey. This will all be done online through phone and video calls and involve weekly meetings. 

Do I need chalk?

Its a good idea because as you sweat you will loose traction on the rings. So chalk will help you increase your rep count or hold count. A block of magnesium chalk is cheap and will last forever. 

Do I need to consider the floor below the rings in case I fall?

You will always feel when you reach muscle failure so this should not be an issue. But having said that it's wise to lay protective flooring or a yoga mat to get started.
